HE BASICS
While the Superband collective of artists
will supply their own instruments, venues and festivals are required
to provide all stage production, appropriate lighting (eg: night time
events) and security.
Appropriate accommodation will
need to be arranged for the artists where the performances require the
artists to travel further than 2 hours (by road) outside of Perth, or
if the artists are travelling on to another performance the following
day. Main meals to be provided daily.
Where
the accommodation does not exist within the vicinity of the
venue/festival, travel arrangements will need to be arranged to
transfer the artists to their performance and returned post
performance.
A 50% deposit is required when booking
the bands which must be paid within 48 hours of the date of
booking.
Bookings must be made at least two months (preferably 3 months) in
advance.
Cancellations must be provided in writing
no later than 30 days prior to an arranged booking.
Cancellations will incur a forfeit of any deposits previously paid.
